• Create fire service apprenticeship opportunities.

• Promote neighborhood safety initiatives.

Accountability in Insurance

• Demand transparency in insurance policies and claims.

• Prevent financial discrimination and "bluelining" in high-risk areas.

Advocating for Policy Changes

• Strengthen fire codes and expand grant programs for home retrofits.

• Support wildfire resilience strategies and ecosystem health initiatives.
